Privacy Policy

We do not collect any personal data. Breeze has no account system and nothing to sign in to. Your practice history, streaks, challenge progress, custom breathing patterns, orb theme, reminder times and app settings are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to any server.

Breeze offers an optional two-tap mood check before and after a session so you can see your own calm-delta over time. These values are stored only on your device and are never uploaded, shared, or transmitted anywhere. They are used solely to draw the charts you see inside the app, and they are deleted when you delete your practice history or uninstall the app.

Breeze does not read from or write to Apple Health, Google Fit, or any other health platform. It does not request access to any health data, and it collects no biometric information of any kind. Breeze is a wellness tool that guides breathing exercises; it is not medical advice and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Because we do not collect any user data, there is no information for us to use or process. The application works entirely offline, including in airplane mode. An internet connection is used only to display advertisements through Google AdMob.

We do not share any data with third parties, because we do not collect any. Your practice data remains on your device and under your control.

Breeze displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to serve non-personalized ads. You can reset your advertising identifier at any time through your device settings. We do not share any of your personal data with AdMob — only the limited data automatically collected by the AdMob SDK, as described in Google's Privacy Policy. Ads are never shown during a breathing session, after a Quick Calm session, or anywhere around Sleep mode.

If you turn on a ritual reminder, Breeze schedules a local notification on your device at the time you choose. Notification permission is requested only at the moment you enable a reminder, never at launch, and reminders are scheduled entirely on-device — no notification is ever sent from a server.

You can export your complete practice history at any time from Settings as a plain JSON file. The file is written only when you tap export, and it goes wherever you choose to send it — we never receive a copy.

Although we do not collect any personal data, we take the security of anything processed by the application seriously. All application data is stored locally on your device using the platform's own storage protections.

Since we do not collect any user data, we retain no personal information on external servers. All application data is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time by clearing your practice history or uninstalling the application.

Our application is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
