Privacy Policy

PT Micro App Digital (“Micro App Digital,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) designs simple, focused mobile applications that are private by default and offline-first. This Privacy Policy explains what information our apps and website handle, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to all apps published under the Micro App Digital developer account on Google Play and the Apple App Store, as well as to microappdigital.com.

Individual apps may include an in-app privacy policy with details specific to that app. Where an app’s own policy differs from this one, the app-specific policy governs that app.

Our apps are built to work without an account and without a cloud. The content you create — notes, logs, budgets, habits, planners, journals and similar — is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers. We do not have a server that stores your personal content, and we cannot read it.

Because your data lives on your device, deleting the app or clearing its storage permanently removes that data. We recommend using your device’s backup features if you want to keep it.

We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on the specific app and the features you use, the following limited information may be processed:

• Diagnostics & crash data — aggregated, non-identifying reports that help us fix bugs and improve stability.
• Advertising identifiers — apps that show ads use Google AdMob, which may access a device advertising ID (see Advertising below).
• Purchase records — when you buy a premium upgrade, the store confirms the purchase so the app can unlock features. We never receive your card or payment details.

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location to use our apps, and we do not sell personal information.

Some of our free apps are supported by ads served through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may process a device advertising identifier and limited technical data. Google’s handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

You can reset or limit your advertising ID at any time in your device’s privacy settings, and where required we ask for consent before serving personalized ads. Apps directed at families follow the Google Play Families and AdMob policies for child-appropriate ads.

Downloads and in-app purchases are handled entirely by Google Play and the Apple App Store. These platforms process your transaction and may collect information under their own policies (the Google and Apple privacy policies). We receive only an anonymous confirmation that a purchase succeeded — never your payment details.

Because your content is stored on your own device, it is protected by your device’s built-in security, such as your passcode and encryption. Any limited diagnostic or advertising data described above is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and in line with our providers’ retention practices.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Apps marked for families are designed to comply with the Google Play Families Policy and applicable laws such as COPPA, including using only child-appropriate ad content. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will address it promptly.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (Europe) or CCPA (California), including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data and to object to certain processing.

• Delete on-device data by clearing app storage or uninstalling.
• Reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings.
• Contact us to exercise any applicable data right.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our apps evolve or as laws change. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of our apps after an update means you accept the revised policy.
