Privacy Policy

At DayStack, we prioritize your privacy and data security. We do not run servers that collect your data, and the app needs no account. All your tasks, projects, timer sessions and planner data are stored locally on your device and are never sent to us. The only data that leaves your device is what the third-party services described below (advertising and, on Android, purchases) need to work.

DayStack shows ads served by Google AdMob, which keeps the app free. To deliver, measure and limit ads (for example frequency capping and fraud prevention), Google may collect information from your device such as its advertising ID, IP address, device type, approximate location and how you interact with ads. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Google's consent form asks for your choice before any ad is requested, and you can change it at any time in Settings → Privacy options. DayStack does not ask to track you across other apps on iOS. Google's use of this data is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Your planner content works offline; ads and purchases need an internet connection.

We do not sell or share your tasks, plans or timer history with anyone. The app uses these third-party services, each under its own privacy policy: Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (ads and ad consent, see above); and, on Android, Google Play Billing to process the optional DayStack Premium purchase — payments are handled entirely by Google and we never see your payment details. Reminders and timer alerts are local notifications scheduled on your device.

The security of your data is of utmost importance to us. All app data is stored locally on your device in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot access. We do not transmit your tasks or plans over the internet; they stay on your device unless you choose to share or export them.

Since we do not collect any user data, we do not retain any personal information on external servers. All application data is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time through the app settings or by uninstalling the application.

Our application is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
