Time you can actually see. Nowly turns minutes into a bright wedge that visibly drains — full-screen, always awake, with a gentle heads-up before the end and a soft landing after it. Catch a stray thought in about three seconds and get straight back to what you were doing. Walk your morning step by step with Flows, each step its own timer, with a live 'done by' so you always know where you stand. Built with ADHD brains in mind and honest about what it is: a support tool for focus and time awareness, not a treatment or a medical device.
