Privacy Policy

At Prism, we prioritize your privacy and data security. We do not run servers that collect your data, and there is no account, sign-up, or login. All of your inputs (your name, your answers to test questions, and any people you add for compatibility) and all of your results, profile and history are stored locally on your device and are never sent to us. The only data that leaves your device is what the third-party services described below (advertising and, on Android, the optional purchase) need to work.

Prism performs all personality scoring and compatibility calculations entirely on your device. If you turn on the optional daily insight, those reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device; nothing is sent to a server. Your results work offline; ads and purchases need an internet connection.

We do not sell or share your answers, results or the people you add with anyone. Your results remain on your device unless you explicitly tap Share to send a result card via your system share sheet. The app uses these third-party services, each under its own privacy policy: Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (ads and ad consent, see Advertising); and, on Android, Google Play Billing to process the optional Prism Pro purchase. The app may occasionally show your device's built-in store review card (Google Play / App Store), which those stores handle, and Settings → Rate this app opens the store page.

Prism is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. To deliver, measure and limit ads (for example frequency capping and fraud prevention), Google may collect information from your device such as its advertising ID, IP address, device type, approximate location and how you interact with ads. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) asks for your choice before any ad is requested, and you can change it at any time in Settings → Privacy choices. On Android, ads may be personalized only if your consent choice allows it; on iOS, Prism does not ask to track you across other apps, so ads there are not personalized. The app itself does not receive or store this identifier. Ads never appear over the test questions, the result reveal or the share screen. Google's use of this data is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can reset or limit ad tracking from your device's system settings at any time.

On Android, Prism offers an optional one-time purchase, Prism Pro, which removes ads and unlocks every share-card theme. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play Billing; we never see your payment details. The app keeps only a local note on your device that you own Prism Pro, and at launch it asks Google Play for your existing purchases so a reinstall keeps Pro. The full report and every test are free without it.

The security of your data is of utmost importance to us. All app data is stored locally on your device in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot access, and is protected by your device's own security (such as its screen lock and storage encryption). We do not transmit your answers or results over the internet.

We do not retain any personal information on external servers. All application data is stored locally on your device. You can remove people you added from the Match tab at any time, and you can delete all of Prism's data by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the application.

Our application is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hello@microappdigital.com so that we can take steps to remove such information.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
