Settle: Somatic Exercises

We do not collect any personal data. Settle has no account system and nothing to sign in to. Your practice history, favorites, showed-up days, sensory settings and theme choice are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to any server.

Settle offers an optional check-in that asks how your body feels in one plain word before and after a routine. These words are stored only on your device. They are never scored, never uploaded, never shared, and never used for analytics or advertising. They exist solely so you can notice your own experience, and they are deleted when you uninstall the app. You can turn the check-in off at any time in the Me tab.

Settle does not read from or write to Apple Health, Google Fit, or any other health platform, and it collects no biometric or health information of any kind. Settle guides gentle movement routines; it is a support practice, not therapy or a medical treatment, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Because we do not collect any user data, there is no information for us to use or process. The application works entirely offline, including in airplane mode. An internet connection is used only to display advertisements through Google AdMob.

Settle displays advertisements through Google AdMob on the Today, Library and Me screens only — never during a routine or the two-minute Reset. AdMob may collect and process data such as your device's advertising identifier and coarse diagnostic information to serve and measure ads, subject to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Where required, you will be asked for consent before ads are shown, and you can reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.

We do not share any data with third parties, because we do not collect any. Your practice data, favorites and check-ins remain on your device and under your control.

All app data lives on your device. Deleting the app deletes everything Settle has stored. There is no server-side copy to request or erase.

Settle is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. The app contains no social features, no chat, and no user-generated content.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
