Shiftly is a shift work calendar for people whose weeks don't repeat. Pick your rotation, set the day it starts, and every month ahead fills in with your own colours. Per-shift wake alarms so night shifts never catch you out, a pay estimate you can check your payslip against, and a pattern code you can send your crew — they scan it and have your whole rotation in seconds, with no account and no signal needed. Overlay a partner's pattern and watch your shared days off light up. Every rotation, every alarm, the pay estimates and the sharing are all included.

Paint Your Rotation Once

  • Nine real rotation patterns — 2-2-3 Panama, 4 on / 4 off, DuPont, Pitman, Continental, 5-2 weekdays, 6 on / 4 off, 3 on / 3 off and alternating earlies/lates.
  • Or build a custom cycle of any length. Set the anchor date and every month ahead fills in.

Never Miss a Night Shift

  • Give a shift type a wake time once and every shift of that type reminds itself.
  • A heads-up before each shift starts, plus an evening nudge before your first night so you can sleep in.
  • Paint a day as leave and its reminders go quiet automatically.

Edit Any Day in Two Taps

  • Swap a shift, log overtime, note who you traded with, or mark leave.
  • Edited days are marked on the grid with a folded corner — your real month never has to pretend it went to plan.
