Privacy Policy - Sort Zen

Sort Zen itself collects none of your data. There is no account, no sign-in and no profile. Your level progress, daily calendar, collection, settings and language choice are stored only on your device; we never receive, see, sell or share them. The app connects to the internet only for ads and the ad consent form (see Advertising), for the optional Sort Zen Pro purchase (see Purchases), and when you open a link such as this policy or the store page.

Sort Zen is supported by ads: a banner on the menu screens, an occasional full-screen ad between levels (never after the Daily Sort), and optional videos you choose to watch for a hint or a skin. There are no ads on the board while you play unless you ask for a hint, none on undo or restart, and no full-screen ad in your first two days with the app.

Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may also fill them through its mediation partners Unity Ads, ironSource (Unity LevelPlay) and Liftoff (Vungle). To show and measure ads, these companies may access your device's advertising identifier and other device identifiers, your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, how you interact with ads, and diagnostic and device information (such as device model and operating system). Sort Zen never puts your game data into ad requests. Whether ads are personalised follows the choice you make in Google's consent form.

Where the law requires it, Sort Zen asks for your consent through Google's consent form before any ad is requested: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you are asked first, and in some US states the form lets you opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, a choice Sort Zen also passes to each mediation partner. Your choice is saved on your device, and Me › Privacy choices lets you review or change it at any time. You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings.

Sort Zen offers an optional one-time purchase, Sort Zen Pro, which removes the ads, unlocks the skins that otherwise ask for a video, and gives hints without a video. Every level stays free either way. Google Play processes the payment; we receive no card or payment details, and the purchase is tied to your Google Play account so it can be restored on a reinstall or a new device.

If you switch on the optional daily reminder in Me, Sort Zen schedules one local reminder a day at the time you choose. It is scheduled on your device; no push-notification service of ours is involved. Your device asks for notification permission, and you can turn the reminder off in the app or in your device settings.

Sort Zen is designed for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. It contains no user-generated content, chat, or social features. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Sort Zen stores your data in the app's private storage on your device. Your phone's own Google backup may include it, under your Google account and that service's terms; we never hold a copy.

All app data lives on your device. Deleting the app deletes everything Sort Zen stored on it. There is no server-side copy for us to keep or erase.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page, and continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
